Your First Visit to My Office The first step is calling for an appointment. At that time, feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding insurance, treatment costs and procedures. If your questions are more specific to treatment protocols, Dr. Zaluski will gladly return your call as soon as possible.
First appointments usually take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Arriving fifteen - thirty minutes early is recommended as there are several information sheets to be completed prior to examination. Please keep in mind that these forms only take a few minutes and often provide important information pertaining to your condition.
A complete history, physical exam will then be conducted to assess your condition and its prognosis with chiropractic care. We will then discuss these findings; recommendations and treatment plan; and any further questions you may have. Frequency of care is based on individual schedule; nature and severity of injury; and treatment protocols. Each case is assessed on an individual basis and care is focused on an expeditious and long-lasting recovery.
If required, X-rays will be discussed and taken. Dr. Zaluski will review and do a report of findings. X-ray facilities are available in the building. X-rays are taken when necessary, an X-ray is often an important part of diagnosis for many patients.

Dr. Zaluski will customize a treatment plan for you which may include one or more physiotherapies. He will decide according to the severity of your condition, what needs to happen; chiropractic adjustments, possibly in conjunction with physiotherapies such as The Mechanical Traction Table, electrical stimulation, cryotherapy (or ice), diathermy, ultrasound, and massage. A plan to get you from Crisis or Acute Care to Wellness Care will be the goal for your future health care needs. |
